Story:
Catastrophic prophecies of the ancient Mayan calendar comes true.

Based on Mayan calendar, the world will come to an end on December 21, 2012.
Can divorced writer and father Jackson Curtis (John Cusack) uses his knowledge of the ancient prophecies
to ensure that the human race is not completely wiped out?




What i feel:

This show reminiscent of Titanic,
long hrs, trying to make u seat up
wif their powerful, yelling graphics to blow u off yr seat.

But this show lacks a good plot or any heart-rending storyline.
End of the show conclusion is tat it's only the graphic and animation,
of the buildings falling, walls & grounds cracking,
tat r all in ther.
How i hope they would build up stronger characters,
so tat when they die we feel the pain.

By the mid of the show i am beginning to feel very long and played-out.
Altho have to say their graphics were good which  i enjoyed.


My Reviews:

Despite the long stretching hrs, this show is still watchable.

The main motive as i've read frm somewher,
is to drive across the importance of saving the climate.
Each doing their own part.

Yes, the director did well, bringing despair of 'waiting to be killed' ever so real.
Making me tink twice b4 letting out my gas.

But as the story drags to the end, its sunshine at the end of the tunnel.
So wat for do i withhold the gas?
No matter hw bad it is, it'll end wif laughter yet again.
Black clouds are just temporary.

Just like the movie.


 

New Jap Gadget.


Docomo SH-06A



White Docomo SH-06A, just released few mths ago in Jap.

The unlocked version usable functions will onli be SMS, Phone, Music and Camera,
can't surf net, nor watch TV.

10MP phone Aquos Shot.
The picture quality is extremely clear.
Comparable to digital camera, altho i've yet to try.
Just saw some pix taken wif it- nice quality, even nite shot.

But then his phone they set it so tat the flash will always lights up when u on the camera function,
off the lights for few sec onli to take those pix wifout flash.
To eliminate secret shots in Jap?

The cute thing abt this phone is- ther is this cartoon character (Machi-chara)
who will walks ard the screen.

Sometimes sleeping, sometimes reading, and perhaps more actions i've yet to discover.

When ther is a SMS or missed call,
he will hold a letter or a phone waving at you for yr attention.
Jap ppl quite into such affairs.
But not bad la-to me like it's a pet living inside.

When i am outside i do notice quite a few having Jap phones like sharp, sony etc.
Tink the thing for tis is the design and the jappie words.
Cool. Tink i Jap siao liao.

I am back.
Flight supposed to be 8.15pm.
Delayed till 12.50am.

Reached already 5plus morning.

The flu pill made mi so sleepy.
Whole of Saturday slept all the way.
Even Sunday stayed hm.

3) Being Facebooking。。。

Playing and redecorating my Restaurant City.
Wifey had her's in good shape.
One full feed to her employees can earn her $4000 plus.
Phiangz.
I must emulate.

4) Being Tweeting。。。

Updating quite regularly.
Also followed few friends.

5) Watched Chelsea Vs Man U。。。

Another blow to the complain cum dirty king.

6) IPPT test。。。

Change to tis Wed due to my flu.
I doubt i can pass liao

7) Sell my Samsung Omnia。。。

YEs! The trip i desire for.

Target to cover as much as possible.
Quite lengthy stay tis tme.

Jam Sandwich Creams

Jam Sandwich Creams- accidentally came across when the staff placed some crumbs for tasting.

Good wor, jam+ creamy fillings.


Peanuts chocolate

Esp like the peanut inside.
Fresh and crunchy, wif nice choco

Currently already consumed few packs liao.

My morning breakfast wif mum,
near my hse.

The lady at the bee hoon stall was a newcomer to tat stall but not to mi.

I've known her for som tme, she used to work at other food stalls.
She has not seen mi for long tme, tink she last seen mi when i was still in SIM, or mayb poly.

When i made my appearance to place my order,
she saw mi and exclaimed wif greatest surprised,
her voice was quite loud.

"Wah u put on weight leh!!!"

Her surprised and excitement were not reciprocated by mi.
I just felt sense of despair!!!! Sad.
Lucky no ppl beside mi or else i'll be looked @ like an animal.

It made the bee hoon rather untasty.

Ya lar, after so long tme nvr see mi confirm put on weight mah.

I wear singlet muscles come out la
and aunty don kw hw to distinguish muscle frm fat.

Just like when they always take all fatty meat in pork for Kong Ba.


It's tme to do something.

We went MOF for our dinner.






Spicy Ramen-chef recommended

Their ramen tasted good,
creamy based soup.
Kana hooked liao.
Will go for another round again.


Tuna Mayo

The yummy thing was the sesame.
It was written tuna but..


Where's e tuna?

When opened the tuna was so pathetic,
seemed like we for nothing ordered a knuckle-sized rice for fun.

Can say the tuna was fresh.


Salmon + Mango?

Also on our table was this Salmon Mango Sushi.
Just wanna try their Salmon + Mango combo.

Quite nice, their salmon was so thin,
similar to those sliced thin ginger beside them.

This plate, $6 plus. Boh Hua.

To conclude, sushi was not recommended.
The rice of the sushi can't stick together.
Take wif chopstick the sushi fell off into pieces.

Tink when the waitress saw mi next moment,
i was using chopstick to eat a bowl of rice.
Sushi-turned-to-rice.



Nite we went to this Alegro Spanish Bar @ Clarke Quay.

Tried their signature finger food.
Dunno wat name liao.

We ate finished liao still don kw wat was it made of.

Taste bud can't tell.
Flour only? Perhaps, coz it's quite tasteless.
Dipped in chocolate actually quite ok.
